Mornin all, i'm trying to get the front sprocket cover off to check the teeth and count them (on the Tuono) but can't ift the lever off? I've loosened the pinch bolt and it slides towards the outside but seems to lock and won't come off? Any ideas?

Andi, pinch bolt has to come right out..not left in the hole as its sits in the groove on the shaft...lever might still be jammed on a little wd40 and a bit of a wiggle and it should come off

If that doesn't work, use a flat screwdriver and a hammer to just prise open the lever split very, very gently and very very slightly!

Job done guys,........thanks alot again................:thumbup

It's got a 17 f and 45 rear sprocket fitted??????

Replacing them next payday along with a chain (as got that SSS ***** on at the moment!!)

Cheers again...............:thumbup
