i have an acumen DG8 on mine and find it very handy, instilation is fairly simple as long as you can use a multimeter and a soldering iron, you have to remove the headlight fairing to get to the wiring behind the clocks.
if i remeber right there are 5 wires to connect (speedo, tacho, neutral light, +ve, earth)
it has to be programmed with the back wheel off the ground as you go up the gears so it can work out the ratio between the speedo and rev counter
