Hi all, just been out attaching a battery charger to my 08 RSVR and noticed on the dashboard the small box saying Lap / Gear (next to the clock). Does this mean the bike has its own gear indicator hooked up ? and if so, how do you get it working - don't recall ever seeing anything lit up in this box but only had the bike for less than a week. :dunno

Has anyone actually had a gear indicator to workon a 04+ bike? I can't seem to find anyone that has fitted one as I have one and can't get it working.

He is an auto electrician that has fitted Gear indicators to various bikes & he might be able to advise :thumbup
