Fuel map

On my RSV ´06 I have a Akrapovic EVO full system and a Power commander. I was planning to put the standard pipes and cans under for a while. Do I need to have the fuel map (or CPU map) changed is it ok to run the map2 with the power commander with the standard cans?

I would say its ok but the PC would need re-mapped what ever you do

Ok I will re-map the PC. I can see on the Power commander homepage that they have a map for Aprilia with stock exhaust and ECU set to Map 2. I will use that one.

yup - Map2 for standard cans is ok. I asked Griff the same question when I took my Mivv cans off and put it back to standard.

Map 2 with stock cans (& no PCIII) will run a little rich down low but picks up 2-3 hp on the dyno...
