Hi!Have found injector cleaner works fine in cars. But,in all my bikes especially my BMW R110RT and '01 Mille,it actually lowers mpg and makes no noticeable difference to power.IMO.Regards AL

Have to agree - put it in my T595 and the mpg was horrendous after that and the bike ran like **** too............... will never do it again.

I never use it on my bike Tim, not because it's rubbish or anything just that I don't see the point.

My bike covers less than 4000 miles per year, these cleaners are directed at those high miler vehicles that cover thousands and thousands of miles.

They are designed to clean the carbon deposits that gather around the nozzle on the injectors and coat the inner combustion chamber components.

Ask yourself a question, when was the last time you heard a technician say they were doing a decoke? Yeah, I thought so, not in the last 10 years.

Modern day fuel quality means that virtually complete and perfect combustion takes place leaving very little crap behind in the cylinder. That is unless you buy cheap fuel from unreliable sources.

So in short no I don't waste my £10 on it, I use mine to buy more fuel.

Nothing

I recommend nothing.

Use quality fuels and you will NEVER need any cleaners. Look at this.

Also, using cleaners can CAUSE problems. Crud in the fuel lines can be broken loose and land in the injectors clogging them.

I used to use redex reasonable stuff. I`ve found much easier starting and lower idle using Lucas UCL, works for me
