hi guys was looking to change my front sprocket to a 16 tooth just wanted to know if it effects the clock reading ?spoke to someone how had a ducati who done the same thing and said that the clock was reading faster than he was actually doing said it messed the clocks up in the end and had to replace them.it seems a common mod just wanted to make sure as did not want the expense off replacing the clock cheers guys.

No problems at all, it does not affect the speedo as the speed is taken of a sensor that picks up a signal from the wheel nuts, so no need to worry, it is the most accurate speedo on these things:thumbup

hi bager thanks for the reply just wanted to make sure any idea on top speed with the 16 on?

go 16/44 that will top out at 166-170, but still give you the low down drive of the front sprok change.
