front sprocket torque

hi guys can some one please help .I am having trouble finding the correct torque setting for my front sprocket that i have just replaced :thumbup

hiya mate - firstly the bolt should be loctited - usually just the blue one

and from looking at my manual 04 onwards it should be at 50NM torque

aprilla describe the front sprocket as inner tooth pinion

maybe worth while seeing what others reply to tho as well

I did mine last week loctited up and torqued to 50NM. It hasn't come off yet!!

But in all seriousness i think the manual says 50 but wait for someone else to confirm or do a quick search of the forum.

did a mates to the same sound low after my gsxr which was about 120nm but loctite and 50 nm and alls well

im gonna do mine in a week or 2 and thats what im gonna set mine at - am confident its gonna be right

Yeah 50NM is the right Torque setting!

Did mine tonight - Loctite and 50Nm.
