Front light (low beam) not working

I need some help :)

My low beam light is not working. Sometimes even high beam, but after some time vibrating it starts to work, but usualy it works from the start. Also the position light works.

I checked all the fuses on the right side of the dash and under the seat and there fine, also changed the relays on the left side of the dash and there also fine.

I thought maybe the bulb has died, bought a new one(H4) and it still doesnt work.

Only switch contacts & connects left matey..you use a meter at the plug connection pins to determine continuity of the switch in its high and low position...this will tell you if the bar sw. contacts are working.
 
The connector gives 12v, but when I insert the bulb nothing works and if I measure with the bulb in it gives 0.6v :D

Running out of ideas...
 
Sounds like the bulb is faulty or rated at about 50000000 watts !!

Is that with the engine running or off ?
 
I changed the light connector becaus it was a quite brown, took me 2 hours because i had to extend the wires and this piece of italian electric **** still isnt working :rant. I dont get italians, why would they put Ohlins on and go extreamly cheap on the electric system, what use is a rocket bike if it doesnt even start...

The bulb looks standard, 12v 55/60w, tryed with engine on and off, it worked till yesterday.

Will visit my friend who knows more about electricity than me and I hope he can fix it.

Gues my bike wants to be track only and decited that it doesnt need a light :D
 
Havent touch the bike since last post, because I was kinda angry at(or is it with) her, called her names and so on...(it was also raining all the time, so couldnt take it to a friend)

Been in the garage now, had one more try, checked the cables one more time, mesure everything again and just for kicks try to change the relays one more time.

The light started working :doug

Gues as I changed them at the beggining, the connector was also faulty, now that that is fixed I found the problem.. So :doug:doug for my rsv it works as it should again :D

Now if only I could fix the weather :D
