hi to you all this is my first post on this site i have recently bought a 03 mille and wanted to know please i want to buy and fit the ohlins forks calipers from a r model would this be a straight swap and if so would i need the same year forks if anyone could shine some light on it that would be great many thanks

Ohlins are 51mm so you need the matching R top&bottom yokes and clipons.

....the calipers fit if they are axial forks..any rsvr axial forks from 2000-2002 will fit...also tuono ohlins forks fit.

If you are going for the radial caliper forks then sure you also need different brake lines and 2.5mm spacers behind the discs as well as the yokes and clip ons...if going radial get the radial brake master cylinder as well.

Done a radial ohlins conversion earlier this year on my 2000 mille..the brakes are now awesome and that's a word I hate to use.... Not that they weren't good before ...but now 2 finger braking
