Its not that hard if you know what you are doing. I took my forks off and gave them to an authorised ohlins dealer where they were fully serviced everything replaced that was worn including new seals for £130. I just couldn't be arsed with doing it myself for that kind of money and £30 petrol in the car to drive there. Less than 2 weeks I had them back on.
But you can do it yourself if you like. I was going to. I downloaded their manual for my forks but never used it as I just decided to let them do it.
