What model Tuono do you have?
All you need for the Gen1 and Gen2 Showa fork adjusters is a screwdriver.I think the Ohlins forks use an Allen key.

Thanks for the answer,I have a Factory.Guess I'll hunt around for the right size allen.

So it is,Dave,Thanks

What's your set up for the street? Most back roads here in the northeast US are in bad repair,so I'm dealing with a lot of bumpy stuff.Looking forward to a track day or two this summer.

just set your sag.. and go ride paying close attention to what your bikes doing... make small adjustments as you go..

GOT IT.
After messing with the clickers for two days and riding the same piece of road countless times I found a set up that works for me,on the street. Not too hard,Not too soft;but Just right (Where have we heard That before)

Ok here it is,2010 Factory
200lbs in full gear (Kit?)
FC-15 clicks out
FR-15 clicks out

RC-15clicks out
RR-24 clicks(turns)out

I know carry the 3mm hex key so that I can make changes if I want to run with the fast kids on the twisties.

Fear Not,Try it you can always go back to the stock settings.
