And me. I was hoping the R (or equivalent) would come in under Â£9k. Makes me wonder how many they will sell at those prices.

Honda CB1000R and Kawasaki Z1000 are Â£8.5-9k iirc, you'll have to want an Aprilia, or a V4, pretty badly to pay that extra premium.

Hells teeth,thats a bit of a shocker,.....Â£12k for the APRC version.I got the impression it was gonna be a standard feature.Then the cheeky *******s are putting the price up another Â£500!
I certainly wont be rushing out to buy one.

even if it was a bargain price, i,d think twice.

i,d need to ride one.

but i bought a T as i wanted a V twin, and it was a more comfy option to the SP1 i realy wanted.

oh dear!! always new the price would be the deal breaker and Aprilia have once again managed to price way above the opposition.

alanr I've no idea whit the bike's like but if you look at whit yer gettin fir yer dosh compare it wae the duc street wae tc + yer gettin abs. I'm no sayin whit the better bike is but......................I know whit yer mean.

I hear ya Aldo, but it just too expensive considering that else 12k gets you in the bike world (and not to mention what 12k will get you on a 2 year old bike). It would not be top of my list and as said you really really really must want a Tuono V4 to justify the costs - in comparison it is a good price v's the RSV4 R, but that is equally over priced

I am just cheap, as i only spent 7k on my brand new T when i bought it !! so at nearly twice the price I am defo not getting twice the bike..
