Fitting the AF1 suspension link plates.

Well did it today and it turned into a monster of a job. The needle bearings were totally dry, and not turning. The lots had to come out and be cleaned and regreased and placed back in individually one by one.

A word of warning. An Abba stand and removal of the back wheel are essential. Also a good quality calibrated torque wrench is a very useful thing to have.

Anyway my plates were showing some wear and there was metal missing. So if nothing else I now have piece of mind.

Here's some pics anyway.
