I have bought some new clocks for my 2006 Tuono. When fitted they work but the clocks are asking for a 5 digit code - any ideas?

Cheers Andy

I've only flipping gone and sorted it. Had to enter 00000 to start the bike, then went into diagnostics, entered service code, went to 'change keys', inserted both keys and now its starts without any warning lights or asking for a code to be enetered!

You use the button at the front side of the switch assembly on the L/H bar to navigate through the menu.

hi, thank god someone who knows about these bikes. knowlege and info is hard to find. i been a yam man forever but this bike has realy got me smitten (to put it politely), enough to change and give the italians a go anyway.
is that the square black switch at the bottom ? is there a particular method coz i tried that and it ws intermitantly changing the first digit and it started on 1 not 0, does it move to the next digit automatically when left for a few seconds.
cheers chad

Yep,its the square button on the front of the l/h switchgear.Press once to scroll,...press and hold to select.Once you have selected the digit,it will then move along to the next.
Service code is as above,....13432.

hi ,
thanks for that, used the square rubber button.
did i mention these were second hand clocks. tried what you suggested , took many attempts to get 00000, sometimes it worked , others it went straight to 1 or even 2 or 3. very intermitant. when i managed it said incorrect code. my head is busted. there was no offer to go to the diagnostics, so couldnt enter the service code.

Check the button.sometimes it can get stuck and misbehave. If its not all the 0's,...try all 1's or 01234.If none of these work then the previous owner has used his own code,....yer fooked without it.

hi keith,
ill try all 1's then 01234, then looks like moto matrix are gona be the answer. appreciate both replys. no rush for me to sort it , the white stuff will be here shortly. mugs of tea and a elcy heater in the man shed avoiding the wifes soaps on tv.
