Replace the clutch oil jet for a .40 and also bleed the clutch at the master cylinder.

Common mod and makes neutral 90% better.

a up spoonz i was getting a false neutral between 4/5 at high revs, any cure or ideas, cheers;)

The clutch oil jet is behind a bolt just in front of the clutch slave (see pic). Remove the bolt and you will see the brass jet inside the hole. It has a slotted head for a screwdriver but if its tight go easy as it's soft and it will chew up. A coctail stick is handy to drag it out once loose.

Get one from Griff at AP. He generally keeps them in stock.

The false neutral issue Deejay i think is usually just not giving it a big enough prod unless it's very frequent to be honest. I think most Rsv owners have had them in the higher gears..
Gear lever position can help but anything less than a good prod and it sometimes doesn't engage properly.

I have an 04 factory and did the jet .40 mod and it made it slightly better and i put an MPL slave on it ..slightly better again..the clutch needs bleeding quite often but the best thing was to put a slipper clutch on it..now i can find neutral from fist easy... i think the false neutrals are worse if your chain is a bit slack

cheers spoonz, probebly hit the nail on head there mate, im going to get some rearsets over winter aswell as some pazzo levers, just ordered some magnesium wheels (blue).....cant wait, she will be a diffrent bike for next year,
