bet they wouldn't tell a muslim to take her/his berka off right ??.
why do they want you to take your helmet off anyway ? what a bunch of **** !!

She's an *****. Law my arse.
Tell her to replace the batteries in her vibrator and shut her clacker, dozy *****

i did say to her if i had a berka on she wouldnt say nothing but all she kept saying to me was by, by, by, if it would have been a bloke i would have told him to **** off and stop being a prick

u were definately right, theres no law at all! in 16 years of riding iv not once took my helmet off when filling up, and never been told to either.

I had the same in my local (1/2 mile from my house) garage last October.

I was stood with nozzle in tank waiting for pump to be turned on when a jobsworth **** called Darren shouted through the tannoy "You'll have to remove your helmet sir or we will not serve you fuel"

I drove off without fuel to the next nearest garage to fill up and have never bought fuel in local again.

Now that might seem petty ... but I used to spend £70 - £100 a week there (inc car)

I still pop in for groceries and the last time I was served by this dippy Darren character

I told him of my decision to buy fuel elsewhere as a result of being publically discriminated against.

"It's the law" He stated

"No it isn't Darren ... its petty small minded stupidity at its worst"

"Who would you rather serve" I demanded loudly "A local biker or a Muslim in a burka wearing a back-pack? You wouldn't have the bollox to say anything to that customer would you?"

A world gone mad I tell you .... a world gone mad

I just remove mine when I fill up. It's not a chore really to take a helmet off is it. If it were we wouldn't ride bikes. I know the garages in my area which ask me to take it off if I fill. Usually the big chains. Smaller ones don't. I more than often do remove it as I think it can be quite intimidating.

Ps if someone asks you to take it off why not. Whats the point in arguing. More important things in the world

more important things in the world, why does everything have to revolve around *** and drink with you bay:lol

Never been asked to remove my lid, and if I ever am I shall flounce off Newelly-style and never use that filling station again. Absolutely no reason why you should be expected to.

the advantage of a flip up lid..!!!!

the cashier (sorry camera)can see your face, so all is "legal"..

and i can relax and have a *** whilst filling up.
