Fast... or nutters ?

Im gonna have wade in...

I say each to their own, looked like a laugh to me!!!

At the end of the day a lot of "fast road riding" is down to sheer balls, risk taking and determination, i've taken some huge and damn stupid risks and come out of it buzzing from head to toe but sometimes that just how ive got my kicks...

Still more socially acceptable than smoking Crack ;-)

Real men, from Ryan Farquhar being nearly brought off the bike at the start to winning and everywhere they are crossed up on nothing more than singlt track roads.
Legends
Am at Skellys next year for the weekend and i cant wait :inlove

Welcome aboard WT:thumbup

You don't need to be fast to have balls/determination and take stoopid risks, i get my kicks from a fast road ride without having to take unnecessary risks, personally i don't set the point, unless you wanna see the grim reaper prematurely.

Upsetting other road users only adds fuel to their fire which will someday be the demise of motorcycling, personally i don't thinks it's big or clever using other road users as chicanes and cutting them up.

The fact is you may well be the catalyst for a real nasty RTA due to wreckless riding, where someone gets killed (Apart from yourself), an innocent party, possibly with kids, if you are still alive you will have to live with that, it's not worth it mate:dontgetit

Is that the Skerries you mean STD? i used to spanner for a guy that won the Irish 750 support championship and did the road circuits over there, the whole thing is a bit mental when you see the roads and the condition of them, the Skerries and Killalane are good meetings and will make your eyes pop out when you see what they rise on.

Mid Antrim and Cookstown are a blast as well, have fun and make sure you drink loads of Guiness, would be rude not to:thumbup

agreed hes definately not the quickest guy in the world, but certainly one of the daftest. that antrim race looks insane, much like the TT, bravest *******s in the world, i'll stick to silky smooth track tarmac cheers lol :thumbup

Why are the Irish so good at Road Racing?:thumbup

Like i said each to thier own mate... i dont go out to kill but i will admit to doing some pretty Stooopid stuff sometimes in the persuit of "fun"

But hey at least i admit it :devious

I like to think im a pretty quick road rider and pretty good too but sometimes we all lose control a bit in our mentality and take things a bit too far...

anyway... good vid :thumbup

Not a problem WT, as you say each to their own and all that, i can't deny i have taken risks, but usually calculated rather than just what the **** ones:pirate

Thanks for the comment on the slideshow, i had some fun doing it:biggrin

They are lucky there were no 45 footers coming round those bends.

Then that would have been a nasty sight:eek:
