Fast... or nutters ?

well the certainly rode them like the stole them !!!, apart from the **** with the camera....the rear brake lockups were just plain scary

I agree they can certainly ride fast enough. Those lockups were scary...a case of trying to keep up with your mates, can only end in tears at some point, but when he pulled that big wheelie where did they all disappear too :pirate

Twisty road + motard = very difficult to get past.
I had one for over a year, they are mental in the corners.
Anyone can power past one on a straight. I personally thought the GSXR's riding was *****. He wouldn't know an apex if it smacked him in the face and he arrived at some corners waaaaaaay too hot.

IMO they were not that quick, they were bloody dangerous and taking loads of risks in passing, i don't reckon they were fast at all, just erratic which made them look as if they were going quicker than they were, no idea on lines, and braking was just beginners stuff, i would personally not take the risks they were taking:eek:

well said badger think you you hit the nail on the head there:thumbup

amatuers mate sloppy and untidy, im with the badger on this one, lots of dodgy overtakes that will catch up with you eventually!

resonable pace though.........
if it werent for the foolish stuff i'd be happy with that!

Griff

The ducati rider is a pro rider and the greek superbike champ or something like that. He seems a decent rider in the stuff i've seen before.

There is no doubt they are going pretty quick but they are dangerous. In a video of theirs i saw before they came within inches of hitting another biker coming the other way when they cut a corner.

for sure i would want them in front and not behind me

Would agree with all that's already been said...making progress but not necessarily in the most life prolonging manner!!!! However, after riding an Aprilia for the last year I was virtually screaming at the camera biker...'Change Gear!'

just playing with time...sooner or later someone's going to have a clean a nasty mess up..we all get carried away at times but thats taking the piss

When we locked the rear up thats actually him backing it in, I'd say they were fast AND dangerous, its hard to say what is and isn't fast on the road, the only way you'll be fast on the road is by taking stupid risks, you cant really apex a corner as thats also dangerous on road,

he could be a very wreckless and fast road rider, but put him on track and its a whole different story.

all I can say it, that sort of riding on the road will always end in tears.

oops!

sabre

errr what i meant to say was that, that was irresponsible riding that without doubt wil end in tears it only a matter of time!!!:hail

im looking forward to learning from someone of your ability, im sure it will improve my game!!

look forward to it mate!!!

griffer!

These guys are wannabe racers, they are not proper fast IMO, just wreckless, just watch this Mid Antrim race right through and it might just change your mind on what constitutes a fast road rider

.

agreed hes definately not the quickest guy in the world, but certainly one of the daftest. that antrim race looks insane, much like the TT, bravest *******s in the world, i'll stick to silky smooth track tarmac cheers lol :thumbup

Smooth is fast..not that mess...that is borderlining insanity and luck WILL run out with those poor riding habits.
