Falco - help with setting up to match chip

Hi there,
Can anyone recommend anyone near to Portsmouth who has the required equipment and knowledge to set up my Falco with its new EPROM chip? (i've actually got the Dr Rossi one and a FR one and would like to get it set up for both).
