OK guys, I was looking for a bike earlier in the Year but hit some financial issues :dunno these have now been resolved and I'm on the prowl again..!

I'm after a Factory 2006 - 2007.

I'm off on holiday from June 23 - 3 July but will be attending the Aprilia Day in Peterborough on July 12th specifically to buy a bike, so if you're selling let me know and we can discuss beforehand and arrange to hook up there !

was the cobra a proper one rog or a kit?

Unfortunately the Cobra was a kit, althou it was a very good one. It was the nearest thrill I got to being on the bike, but not quite....! :thumbup
 
speak to H he had a 07 factory with 400 mile son it going for £5500, it was in the for sale forum

i know what your saying mate,after my r1 got nicked,i turned to a very heavily modded subaru for my kicks,but not a patch on a bike.
what was it running mate,a rover v8?
 
Rover V8's are for girls..! mine was running a Chevy 6.4 litre, it was pushing out 450bhp...!!! it was a little skittish if you had a heavy foot...!!!? good fun thou :biggrin

thanks Johnny for the info. I did see H's bike for sale last month but I didn't have the cash then, otherwise I would of snapped it up...!!

Roger a bit of a long shot really, due to the date of this thread, but I haven't been on the site for ages, so excuse my reply for being speculative.
I am thinking about trading in my 08 RSV Factory as part of an exchange deal and wanted to know if you got yourself 'sorted'?
I am sure the answer to this is a yes, but, nothing ventured, nothing gained......
Let me know if you feel inclined and if a yes then I do hope you are enjoying your new bike, like all Aprilia fans out there.

You still got your 08 ? I might be interested. I got dumped off my 04 last May and tried an R1 - just not the same. So getting rid of that for another RSV. I'd really like an Ic White but they're a bit thin on the ground.
