F@***ng A@$e car driver

Not all like that amb :dunno i cant understand why he blamed you tho' if you only stopped to assist :confused and why would your insurance pay out if you weren't involved :dunno

Yeah I know that and to be honest I know I say I wouldn't stop in future but in reality I would.:eatcorn

This fooker slipped on a grid on a bend and came flying past me on his asre who was waiting calmly at a junction. I helped him up, called an ambulance and arranged to have his bike recovered to his home and then he said that I had pulled out on him.

Regrettably there were no witnesses as it was early O clock and it was taken as my fault because I was at a junction on the side road and he was on the main carriageway.

I fought it all the way and demanded he stand up in court and state that under oath but the insurance companies did a deal and I had to pay my excess as it was deemed as my fault.

I never admitted liability but apparently the insurance company can do this on your behalf now! :dunno
