Evo air box

hi all sorry if im going over old ground but thinking of putting this mod on my 2007 rsvrand wondered if there is any probs with open air box in rain etc, and will i need anything other than map 2 which im already running cheers in advance matt!

I have the EVO air box mod and it doesn't make the airbox open. It uses a rubber seal around the inside of the tank and the removal of the airbox lid. It basically makes the air chamber bigger.

You shouldn't need anything else. My bike was running 127bhp when I ran it with Acro cans and map 2 loaded up.

I am not 100% sure but I fancy trying the Hooked air box kit so we could come to a deal.
