Full is better for the engine, semi is better for the clutch.
I used motul v300 (sint) so far, but for next year im switching to motul 5100, because I heard recomendation from quite some people that it works better in rsv.
Also Aprilia recommends semi, but in theory sintetic should better
i've always run MOTUL 5100 matey..is a superb oil, and has to put up with extreme temperatures up here in the tropics of Darwin. I rate it very highly, but i am sure there are other oils just as good...however i'm sticking with the 5100 :thumbup
