Hi has anybody used these guys before?

I ordered an uprated Brembo rear master cylinder from them on 1st April, and have had to chase them every few weeks. They tell me it has been shipped out but I still haven't received it :rant

I had heard they are in a bit of sh*t (legally?) because they claim that parts are in stock, and they rarely are ....:jack

Emoto do a lot of Ducati stuff and the Duke forums are littered with warnings not to use them.

They take your money despite often horrendous lead times getting your parts.

Don't use them :rant

RSVR.net are a little better but not great, steer clear of their carbon. It should be renamed thick clear gel coat with a subtle hint of carbon.

Cheers guys, I wish I had have checked this forum before I used them. Just seemed a great price. Have a part on order with RSVR.net too and they are taking just as long. Think I might start up my own Aprilia parts company but actually keep stuff in stock - is it that hard?

I'd guess its due to minimun order quantities, tieing cash up in stock that sells to a pretty small market whilst remaining profitable.
Not easy in this current financial climate.

Avoid like the plague. THE worst I have come across since owning an aprilia. End of.

When i owned a MV, all the forums had nothing but bad stories of emoto. Nothing sent on time, *****y emails if you dare complain, and try and get a refund!! Vote with your wallets and they soon will be out of business and not keep taking the p*ss out of un-suspecting punters.

I ordered the brembo master cylinder before xmas and got it in February.
Good luck and be ready for a long wait.
I too phoned them and they said it was in the post - Took 3 weeks from then! :puke

I've used them before with no problems whatsoever :dunno but thats when i had the cbr6 so maybe they have tons of spares in for those :dunno

They told me last week that it was in the post - this week I phoned them and they said it's not in stock and they're waiting for some to come in.... :jack

Definately won't be going back there again......

Aprilia Yorkshire are not much better.

Ordered a small part from them ages ago and its still not turned up. :roll

In fact, I've yet to order anything Aprilia from anyone and not find it is delayed in being sent.

Must be a common denominator there, surely?. :dunno
