Electrical guru in south??

Hi fellas, can anyone recommend someone in the south east uk to sort the electrics out on my 02 RSV?

I bought it as track bike and had the ignition bypassed to the kill switch so its a modified loom and also had custom lights fitted a few years back and that's when the battery drain problem started.

The bike hasn't turned a wheel for 7 years now

so i'm out of touch as where to take it.

how far south.. .. griff is the main Guy for these bikes.. ...but he's based in Tamworth

Im in Sandhurst Berkshire, Tamworth is near birmingham right? if so thats mileage from me.. Im loathed to take it to a dealer, just need someone who knows aprilia's crap electrics.

i'd start by buying another wiring loom and going from there..fingers crossed all the plugs are still there and you should be able to sort it yourself..you getting rid of the custom lights?

all fairings off and tank off.. slow and steady shouldn't be too hard

I have got a full wiring loom of my 03 track bike all conectors are intact and has all fuses and relays, will take £55 delivered.

I've got a spare loom, new ignition barrel and keys but haven't got the time, patience or knowledge to sort it myself. Yes i'm keeping the lights as they're built into the race fairing.
