Had the tuono for three years now , and always ran it without baffles in the Arrow cans.
It always ran a bit lumpy at lower revs, feathering the clutch on slow corners etc,
However I recently had it serviced at a different place than usual and the mechanic asked how it ran with the cans as they were.
He suggested I put the baffles in prior to the service and its like a different bike now, smoother more tractable altogether better, just sounds **** now.

The same thing was suggested to Bay's Gen1 Racing, with the same results I do believe.

Gen 2 on map 2.
When I first bought this with the Arrows fitted I took the baffles out immediately, but did get some short baffles fabricated to make it a little quieter.
It still ran lumpy at low revs, so out they came again
The guy who seviced this explained about the back pressure being required but the last time I was concerned with this was on a two stroke with expansion chambers.

Wow...wouldn't have thought it would make that much difference.
I had a horrible flatspot between 2-4000rpm, and it was as snatchy as fook on low throttle openings....
I took it ti Griff...he set everything up...light & day...it's a different bike now...smooth as you like, with a lovely creamy torque curve....

.... just sounds **** now.

Sound wise....have a quick look here...:)
