Any body know for a r6 i can swap my bike for as need more grunt i can think of some think that sounds like grunt to call him ha boys and toys may be just the yellow ones:dunno

Well if you dont mind the description it looks like the bike has been well taken care of and the price also looks oke.

depends on how you define grunt. my brother has a year 2000 r6 and once wound up is as fast as my rsv despite the smaller capacity.

i can see his point of view... i was kinda disappointed with my Mille at 1st... having had numerous large cc's like GSXR/GSF/XJR/ZRX... the acceleration in top gear from 40mph was amazing... so the Mille being a 1000cc... a so called torque monster V-twin engine... surely it should be phenomenal... but trying this on a Mille... especially with standard gearing was a joke... in fact my Mille wouldnt go any lower than 70mph in top gear on standard gearing !! :dunno

my little old CBR 600 (92) would out accelerate my Mille in top gear from 40mph as the Mille would be shaking itself to bits @ 40mph... & having too ride the Mille @ 40mph required 4th gear which seems pointless on such a big cc bike... im sure if i rode my CBR 600 in 4th gear @ 40mph... it would also fly as it would be well in its upper power band !! :biggrin

sooo... i too was disappointed @ 1st... from my experience of owning previous bikes but after coming on here & you great knowledgable guys giving me info on some basic modding its now the powerhouse it should be & now i aint disappointed anymore !! :doug

so perhaps if the guy thought about joining a forum... getting some info... he would now be keeping it... to me my little old CBR seemed to have more 'grunt' than the Mille aswell... but only in top gear/low speeds !! :devious

Cant see what the fuss is all about ......................poor bloke just got the 2 bikes round the wrong way !!
