all mine turn with my finger and thumb easy but dont rattle/make a noise when the wheel it turned as peviously mentioned in this thread ??
 
i think the discs are semi floating as standard and so the bobins are sprung but should still be able to rotate them
 
YEAH I CAN ROTATE THEM SO IT SEEMS ITS ALL GOOD . THANKS FOR THAT BUD:thumbup
