posh johnny can you help me out with the pics again sorry to be pain in the arse?

Know what ya mean about the tyres, got super Corsa Pro's on mine and only they are bald as a badgers bum after 1000 miles.

Heard that the Dunlop 208's last a while longer but you lose a little grip, Busters are meant to be cheapest at the moment.

he link you are trying to post is not possible, have a look at the image I have created below

The part inside the red circle, if you click on that part on your photobucket account, then paste it into your message then you should get a picture

It should read something like this "[1MG]http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f369/PoshJohnny/test.jpg[/1MG]"

I have got shagged supercorsas. Gonna replace with a corsa 3. Wont last long but sticky. If I was doing high milage would get something harder definitely.

Could it be that you are running std road tires above their optimum temp, thus melting them. a while ago on another thread people were talking about running race scrubs, but i was decided that most people cant get enough heat in them to make them any good on the road. for the type of riding you are going, and the heat you are generating in them would they be worth a try. others on here may have more of an idea than me. i hand it over for further discussion.

millersvr69 is feeling smug after meeting Troy Corser at Brno last weekend

Pretty layed back aussie ain't he..a real joker :thumbup

race scrubs are ace, my racetechs heat up very quick with fast road riding and wore well across germany and back 1300 miles and a bit left, yeehaaww
Ck
PS- I tried the M3's but found they broke away from me a few times when only part worn.
Its either racetechs in summer or Diablo3's the rest of the time for me.
I have been REALLY impressed with the grip of the racetechs, glued to the road, fantastic!

I have some Avons on my Busa and they last about 3k... Its the Power pulses when your on it that rip em up...

Go Steady old Boy ha ha

i had racetecs on my last 2 bikes loved them
but then i pushed a little hard on a cold damp morning - took them for granted and low sided into a wall at approix 50mph - ouch
put me off a little after that - but you can pick up a set for 60 quid from ssuperstock races so that a bonus

same happened to me but with diablo3's. I'm careful to warm the racetechs up first.
( i learnt a bit lat eof course!)

Getting a set of tyres in the morning..Have corsa 3's on at the mo.. But they wear scarily fast..
So, what is the group opinion for the best replacements.

The bike gets ridden quite hard.

I have a pillion on most of the time

I'm not a knee down merchant, but do get it over within reason..

Do I get the same again or do you guys know better?

The last rear has done about 1200 miles to just legal

I just dropped my rear wheel in to V&J Superbikes in Bridgwater today and asked for diablo corsa 3 to replace the shagged supercorsa. Will log the mileage and post on its progress. I do low mileage but most of the time I ride medium to fast and on most rides I give it a bit of a slap too for a few miles but I dont ride like a ****. A few wheelies and kneedowns so probably the same as most blokes here. Picking the wheel back up tomorrow at the tune of £130 which I think is an ok price?:dunno The Ducati dealer across the road (literally) was £20 more!

on all my other bikes, i ran dunlop sportmax tyres. they offer wicked grip no matter what the temp, and wont die on you till you've clocked up around 4000 miles :thumbup

May get a 'Chen Shing' tyre..As being Chinese, I've been told once I've had one I'll fancy another..
