hey folks, haanyone had any dealings with either of these 2 firms,,,,, stealth products and e-moto???
on the 15th march i bought and paid for a chain and sprocket kit from stealth products, and im still waiting although they kindly took the cash out my bank on the day of sale, i waited 2 weeks before i first foned and continued to fone on a weekly basis, and heard every pish excuse under the sun,
and around 8 weeks ago i bought a ohlins steerin damper from e moto, and hey, guess what , same deal, money out the account on the day of purchase, waited two weeks and foned, you cannot get through to this shower of *******s on the fone, you can only leave a voicemail with the promise of a return call, 3 calls per week ive left along with 3 e mails a week and not one tosser from this firm will return them, im now getting to the point of legal advice,
anyone had any dealings with either????
looking forward to getting new shiny bits just in time for parking the bike up for the winter...
 
i bought a set of discs off stealth for a gsxr a few years back.exactly the same problem as you. a friend bought a set for his bandit 12. he ordered the coloured carriers and they sent him normal ones. 2 months of arseing about and only sorted when he demanded his money back.
 
I have heard nothing but bad reports from all who have dealt with e-moto, so I for one will never be ordering from them ! Shame you had not heard the rumours before you ordered anything, for further info I recently dealt with PDQ in Taplow near Maidenhead they are real helpfull guys, the other people I have dealt with on phone orders is Demon Tweeks, they will clarify if the items are in stock at the time of the phone call and normally the gear arrives the next day if you order before 16.00 hrs the day before. Hope you get your items from these other gits, but in future try PDQ or Demon Tweeks.
 
If its the same Stealth that are down near me in South Yorkshire, then they are the most unorganised people you will ever meet.
Everything I've ever bought has been wrong and needed returning, luckily I'm in the same town so can threaten them over the counter. !

I orderd a Stelth sprocket from Demon Tweeks a couple of years ago, it was out of stock and they said it might be 10 -14 days before they got it in but couldn't be sure. I got the item 3 days later, result. Maybe Stelth jump to there bigest customers shout or maybe not. Iv'e ordered plenty bits from Demon Tweeks and have never been dissapointed. Good luck with your gear and hope you get it soon.

yep same crap service i received,i did receive the part for my gixer but only 7wks late and a visit to the CAB,hope things work out bud:dunno

edit to say it was stealth i had problem with
 
shower of ***** , there absolute tossers , i second njc1000 pdq are top guys i pts my CBR in for afull system and pwer comander , there all helpfull and if one guy dont know another will. allso demon tweeks for trick bits will keep you informed if when you order there out of stock when i got my screen for my T thay were nothing but helpfull
 
cheers folks, im at the point of speaking to my brief, or going to stealth and kicking the ***** of some prick behind the counter at stealth
 
oooo,,,, major update, after speaking to our man ray at stealth products who was gonna fone me back in an hour, and i waited a full week, i got him today,,,, who was gonna fone me back once again, after i insisted id wait on hold rather than lose another week, ray kindly informed that rear sprocket was in,, woo hoo,,,, chain was in woo hoo,,,,, but alas there isnt a 15 tooth front sprocket in the world and theyve been waiting on one comming from taiwan for about 7 weeks,,,, ******* tosser, but they do have a 16 tooth, so apparently its all getting shipped today and ive to source my own front sprocket,,,, any one know where id get one fairly quick,,, ill let you's know when it appears,,,,, id give my left bollock to catch up with good ol ray on an evening out lol
 
update on stealth,,,, dealer o the year,,,,not,,,,, i sourced my own 15tooth sprocket which was at my door 72 hrs later, stealths stuff arrived,,,,, get this not the black an gold rear sprocket i ordered but a steel one from j&t not a stealth,,,,, it gets better, after a 3 month wait,,,,,,when they arrived,,,,,,they came from cupar bikes, which is 10 miles from my house up in scotland,,,,, so the ****** toss pots ordered from my area, shipped it down south made me wait for 3 months then sent the wrong ******* stuff,,,, how can you top that, as for e moto,,,, not a ******* cheap,,,, now gonna contact trading standards about them,,,,,,,
 
update again, now nearing its 4th month from ordering and paying e moto for ma steering damper and **** all, trading standards advised me the first step was my bank contacting them for a refund, about 3 weeks ago and theyve still never replied,,,,shower o ******* toss pots, i wouldnt recomend this shower o piss to my worst enemy

gota feel for you mate,did actually hope this would have been sorted before now,how many others is there having hassle with this crooks,any idea where you go from here?:banghead

Hi Seanramsay. Just found out my mate has ordered and payed for bits for his Duc streetfighter from the same yahoos (e-moto). He posted a thread on a Duc forum, the replies were a list of 1000's of peeps being shafted by them across the globe. Don't fart about get after the shitholes with everything you can. Good luck and I hope you get a result.

cheers guys, i have to waiy untill the bank contacts me, genuinely feel like writing a complaint to every national bike mag, but would prob end up being sued ,,,,,or travel down and trash the place, just for the principal of it all, lol,,,,will keep ye's posted
 
now into 4 months since i bought an paid for this ******* damper, my banks been trying to get in touch with this bunch of ******* tossers about a refund with no luck, im ******* furious that a shower of ******s can take my 300 quid and refuse to return mail calls etc,,,,,, now going to have to contact trading standards about the next step

Crap Dealers

Anyone had any ideas about creating a listing for dealers who ave done us a raw deal. Maybe worth creating a list for those to avoid and help us all
 
just seen a posting on ducati.ms that ****** e moto hav gone bust,so thats the damper out the window,,,,,****** hate bein bumped
