Sorry but I had to laugh! Bad luck or what!

Thats shockingly bad luck mate. Did they not feel a bump? Muppets!

:puke
I feel for you mate, only had mine a week and would be FUMING if this happened and would have a nervous breakdown if it happened TWICE!!!!!!!
Some people:jack don't deserve to have a licence:angry
Lets just hope the insurance don't think you 2 are working together:dowhat

Maybe the car was boxed in and it was easier to move your bike than the car in front ? :dunno Whatever the reason, I wouldn't park the bike on the same spot again

definately not boxed in... he has a good 20ft in front of him... a 2 car space resident bay to his forward left... usually theres a red micra... iv been parking there for 5yrs... micra never has a problem... this guy... twice hes parked there... twice hes knocked my bike over... the guy has to walk from the pavement... around my bike to get in the drivers side... yet still just sticks it in reverse without thinking !??????????????

last time he didnt stop but a resident in flats saw it all & gave me his details... police involved... i think he just thought no one saw him & drove away... but the plum lives in the same street that is only a 50ft long dead end !! :biggrin

when i came out... he said are you the same guy as last time (CBR)... i said yes... he said dont involve the police again because he got a warning for driving off... lol !! :biggrin

What a muppet :jack

I'd park length ways next time so there is no room for another car to squeeze in.

Kin Ell, I would be seriously pissed off with that *****. What's the damage ?, is it still ridable ?. What a ****.

i think the bike is a right off !! :dunno

even though it has huge mushrooms... only the bottom half of the mushroom is bashed... the angle it placed it on its side has made the gear lever bend in & puncture the frame behind it... the RSV Ti exhaust (only fitted fri night) has scraped/dented the swingarm... plastics both sides scraped... because the car has hit the left of the bike to knock it all the way over on its right... this is with the CBR stand & when up right it takes alot of push to get it to fall the other side... the CBR 6 was even harder to of got pushed over !!

Is that the driver in the photo?.............what more can I say..........piss taking ******.

That CBR sidestand did a good job thou of ripping his bumper off.

Tell him that you have told the police as he is the type of bolke no doubt that hasnt got any insurance.

Once is just unfortunate, everyone makes a stupid mistake every now and again, thats just bad luck if it involves someone else.

But twice , the same thing? in the same place? exactly the same mistake? that is just taking the piss.

Some punative measures need taking here, like a few 'friends' having a quiet word and explaining what might occur if it were to happen again.

Obviously it didn't register last time, perhaps he needs a bit of a shock so he remembers to look all round his car in future before driving off.

FFS he could be parking next to my bike next. on second thoughts, have his knee caps adjusted.

I'd report him to the Police mate, next time it may be a kid.

Hope it's fooked his car up and he's only TPFT.

Ah well, silver linings and all that, tell them it's your only mode of transport and get them to rent an RSV4 for you till they pay out.

Make sure the frames damaged too! (If you know what I mean)

Ah FFS, how did you manage to keep it cool when dealing with the tosser :dunno

Seriously bad luck mate, I would report it to the old bill to be on the safe side as I am sure that when the insurance company gets involved and see,s that its the same people and same type of incident they will ***** about it and of course fcuk you around in their attempt,s to get out of paying. Good luck.

Definately involve the police. Who cares if he got a warning last time...**** him he hasn't done you any favours.
It's worth speaking to them just incase the insurance company get funny, if you've got the coppers on your side then they can't **** you about.
Good luck buddy and I like the idea about getting him to hire you an RSV4, fair enough I say:thumbup

Phone your insurer and tell them he doesn't want the police involved, no-one injured etc, and see what they advise.....you pay your premiums get some advice for the money!

Gotta say I feel for you.............if that happens in S.Africa- most drivers dont have a licence, never mind insurance,...plus the cops are a joke - so if any upside at least you have the law on your side. Pity to see mushroom did not help much.

In future maybe get a sign pole and concrete it ground - plus next RSV - yellow........he might see it....haha

He should count himself lucky for not getting Fuc#ed up no ?
