Crashed my 03 rsv (slow leak in front tyre it was 5psi doh) anyhow about 10mph on LHS but the rear engine bobbin sheared and i can't get the (fing thing out) cut it and then drilled it as far as the frame but it won't budge in or out anyone any ideas how to remove the high tensile bolt or has this happened to anyone??

do you have enough room too tap it through the frame if you take the undamaged rhs one out 1st !? :dunno

which bungs did you use... it seemed abit weak to snap !? :confused

tried that with a 10mm screwed rod it just bent not sure if i beat it hard enough i had to put an 24inch stilsons on it to move it then the spacer between the engine an frame moves but needs some effort anyone at all had this problem?

if you have a good machine shop near you they may be able to "spark erode" it out.
would need a pic really to say for sure if it could be done
hope this helps mate

I had to cut mine through from behind the frame with a dremel, a bit tight to say the least but it worked, i could not see any other way TBH, i managed to knock it through far enough to get the dremel disc onto the bolt and just worked away till it cut through.
