R&G's are very popular and they do work... as I can testify.
Rhinomoto do some nice ones also, you can find them on the AF1 american website. Thats where I got mine(forks and swingarm) the rest I have are R&G. The mille is positively bristling with them!

erm, prolly..but not sure, I'm sure someone with an 04 will be able to tell you. I expect you will(tis easy dude-and put the slider where you need it)
