right i've been staring at my bike since my friend dropped it thinking i fancy a change

been looking at race reps but there stupid money for a great job

so the bloke who paints all my race fairings has told me he will do the bike 1 colour for a good price .
so this is where im stuck what colour ? and what decal kit should i get ?

not got loads to spend so come on people lets hear some suggestions

check my garage for a pic of the bike
 
I think Blue is an excellent colour mate!!!

Decals are a personal choice but Haga rep or Cafe Latte look good to me.

When I saw you'd posted I was sure I was gonna read the it should be painted yellow.

Shocked that you never suggested it mate!!

I still think blue is the best colour though.:doug

That would have been too obvious :biggrin and he wants a proper answer...time and place for the old my colour's best posts (which of course it is :biggrin) but sometimes i do give honest opinions/answers :thumbup
 
Hard to answer this one as I do like the Yellow RSV with Gold wheels...I do think a metalflake black would really set off the wheels and give the bike a stealth look & you could perhaps use Gold graphics to carry the theme through....Might be a crap idea but would certainly be different from current paintscheme.
 
I'd stick with a genuine RSV colour, did you see that RSV on Ebay recently that had been sprayed in a purple/green flip flop colour?

The guy couldn't give it away.

Have you seen Smiffys red RSV, now that looks smart and you don't see many red ones around.
 
if i go for a full respray in yellow again to restor it to its full glory then i think the sticker kit will cost me alot only 2 original stickers are wrecked and there the large aprilia ones on the bottem of the belly pan

:thumbup Got to go with the metalflake black,would really look mean.I do like the yellow and the blue and red too,but if you kept it just one colour black would look best.Saying that when i went to griffs he had a white one which had just been done,and that was top dollar and you dont see many white ones.So changed mind ,white.:biggrin

:thumbup White it was the first early white one i have seen,and it looked well nice,would need to change colour of wheels to blue or black,then black mesh kit.:biggrin Could not work the link on your thread .

mmmmm yeah white's a good choice, and with black mesh work would look the mutts nuts :devious
 
How about Black and red just like mine. come to think of it just swap your fairing for mine :)
