Right then.
Purchased a new Gastester from Halfrauds today and gave em a go.
Idle knob all the way out idle was 1000-1100rpm
As they were I had front bypass at 1.5 turns out and rear 1 turn out both trim pots @ 12 o'clock.
CO for rear cylinder was about 6% ish and CO for front was over 10%!
Now I have front at 3% and rear at 3.5%
Front bypass is now 2.5 turns out and rear 1 turn out trim pots are both just past 9 o'clock!

Does this all sound OK?

The bike kept getting too hot which was a pain in the *** as I had to keep stopping.
I tried to check the 2500rpm levels but the bike was over 93Deg so I quit but it looked like the front was lower as expected at around 1.5% CO but the rear went up to 7% or so!!!
This is not how it is supposed to go but the bike was getting hot so it might have started to enrich the mixture by then 95deg showing on dash but fans not on yet.

See how it rides tomorrow I guess but the MPG was really bad before.

Sounds promising... thats a fair bit out. Wonder what mine will be like, currently at 1.5/1 turns with trims @ 12 o clock and my mpg isnt great

it depends. my street mille goes somewhere betweel 6-7 liters/100 kms outside, between 120-180 kph, kept relatively constant. in the city i never had the patience to go as slow (or as legal) as i could, so anywhere from 10/100 in a relatively temperate way to 14l/100km riding "hooligan style" :)

Ive been getting between 80 and 110 probably normal for my beast but more mpg and performance from sync and balance would be nice. The bike out performs me by a long shot already though! Need to do some serious rodong this year looking forward to bonding with the the rsvr #becomeone

Yes, the analyser has to be warmed up and calibrated in air to 2% before connection to the headers.

MPG seems to have increased a far bit.
Just filled up with 10L of fuel which had done 81 miles. This equates to 36 MPG
Before it was about 100 miles to the fuel light (15-16L of fuel ish) which equates to 28-30 MPG
Should now do about 120 miles to the fuel light now. only time will tell I guess.

Aprilia bolts are made of cheese.... rear plug came out easy.. front has been grated.. grrr

Got the same problem with mine rear out easy front not moving drill it out but a pain front wheel out and fairing removed
