I merely gathered the information and tweaked to suit my needs, I believe it originally came from the AF1 forum.
What I recommend is that you use these guides in conjunction with the workshop manuals, as per the name suggests they are only a guide.

Yes mate the plates and springs were all in tolerance. Clutch working fine now after roughing them up :thumbup
