Hi, I have a 2004 Tuono Gen 1 with approx 19k miles, yesterday I took it our for a ride and having travelled approx 2 miles noticed the clutch did not seem to operate - I pulled over and it stalled as I could not disengage. Put it back into neutral started her up and no change - the clutch made no difference. Fluid levels all good and no obvious leakage. Any idea? Someone with similar symptoms suggested a disintegrated clutch pushrod bearing. Hope it's not the clutch itself!! :eek

Any suggestions much appreciated, thanks

I had this recently while still on my drive, sat there for 5 mins trying to get the ******* into neutral, mine is definitely leaking at the slave cylinder, so just double check it.

As above,check the hydraulics first.
Remove the clutch slave cylinder and gently pull the lever to see if it moves or leaks.Dont go too mad,...you dont want the piston to pop out and cover everything with fluid.Hold the cylinder and piston between your thumb and index finger to be sure.

As Keith says, been known. If there is a wee leak at slave cylinder then air may have got trapped in low down. This air bubble may prevent the level in the reservoir dropping giving the illussion all is well fluid wise. This air will then compress as you pull the lever in before the clutch releases.
