Hi Fella's, wondering if anyone can help. I have a 2004 Tuono and noticed the clutch fluid was turning black and the biting point was changing when riding. I initially changed the fluid which turned black within 100 miles and then changed the slave cylinder seal for a new one. The fluid again changed black and when riding back from the NW200 noticed the biting point had got worse again and there was a clicking when the lever was pulled in. I suspect it is the Master cylinder. Can anyone advise as to whether the Brembo master cylinder can be broken down and the seals renewed. I have done some investigating on the net but not come up with any conclusive answers. I have read that KTM supply seal kits for brembo master cylinders but I am struggling to find out even the model number that is fitted to my bike.
Any help would be much appreciated, dont fancy shelling out £200 on a new one.

You've probably got a leak if o-ring isn't sealing or its not bled up properly?

Wasn't the NW200 rather good weather, the T's can get grabby in town or warm weather (as I found out at the TT last week). Mines got dark fluid, needs a bleed. Was also told by my local dealer to lube the suspension needle bearings, and clean throttle mechanism under the tank ;)
