no mate,d be the same,as my dad is with me now tbh.his love of bikes passed onto both his sons, and now he worries like fcuk until we return!
probably cos he knows what he was like lol.
my mrs keeps pestering to do her test, but the thought of her out alone on th road scares me to death so i keep making excuses to put her off.
people really think its as easy as sitting on a bike and making it go!

Me and Donna had this dilema with our 16 year old, he wanted an RS50, although he is normally a level headed lad the thought of him on a bike was a bit of a worry so instead of a bike for his birthday we offered him a car to do up ready for when he is 17, luckily for us he was tempted away from the bike and we have now bought him an Audi TT replica kit car which we can work on together :thumbup

I think I'll have to accept he's gonna want one - it's probably in his genes :biggrin his Grandad was a dispatch rider for Montgomery in the second world war and one of my earliest memories was riding in my dad's sidecar attatched to his Panther (I guess that sort of dates me a bit :eh).

Chances are there won't be any bikes on the road time he's old enough anyway with this 'nanny state' culture we're living in and God knows how much petrol is gonna cost in 15 years time

Get him to rub a bit harder next time....might just get that yellow stuff and you'll have a nice 'faster' BLACK one....:devious:rotfl
