check coolant hoses gen 2

just come out the garage,

ive noticed on my gen 2 that the lower short rubber coolant hose on the right hand side has cut marks. they have been caused by the sharp edges of the belly pan.

either cut back the plastic pan leaving a decent gap or wrap the hose with a jubalee clip to protect it.

i will post picks tmorow.

just thought i'd mention it.:crazy

While you are there,whip the cover off the coolant tank.Some of the hoses can get chaffed by the edge of the cover.

Taking into account my profile pick and the build quality of Aprilia that's a open ended statement in my opinion Tiffa, you sneaky bum sniffa.

Anyways on another tangent, you sold some - is it rear sets - that enable the master cylinder to be correctly mounted vertical, what were they off mate and how come you did not fit them. I'm super eager to sort out this what should be a mot failing, aprilia fall on your sword disaster of a back brake.

I'd have a go at Kylies bum fella....but I'm afraid you're outa the frame....lol

The rearsets I sold were actually footpegs off a rsv4. they go straight onto the later RSVR's and GenII Tuonos.
I bought them off fleabay because they came with a sexy rsv4 master cylinder.
I kept the m/c, and sold the footpegs on.
I already have Gilles rearsets on my bike...so the footpegs were surplus to requirements really.
