changing the park light on RSV 02 !?

mines blown... whats the best way to access it for changing... & which bulb do i need as il pop into Halfords tonight after work !? :dunno

managed to change it with just 3 bruised knuckles & a discolated wrist... ... without moving any bits... & iv got hands like shovels !! :doug

managed to get access from the left... under the fairing stay... grabbed the rubber bulb holder & pulled it out... yay... then replaced the bulb... checked it 1st to make sure it works... then managed to get it into the hole 1st time though not fully pushed in... ... :biggrin

next i thought rather than damage my hands anymore... i used a ruler to push it all the way in... then i heard a rattle... the rubber got pushed in fine... but it also popped out the bulb... from the holder & into the lense !! :rant :dowhat











OH SH!T !! :biggrin

so thought bollocks... now im going to need to take the fairing off anyways... but i thought id leave it till i got home... then i thought... even though there is a lip on the casing... if i pull the rubber holder out again... then pop some wheelies... it might come out !? :devious

well feck me... got home & it wasnt there anymore... i knew there wasnt any room for it too drop to the lower lenses... but thought id check... nope... not there either... it must of fell out !! :doug

& still managed to get another bulb in with the ruler method !! :thumbup
