I got my mot yesterday but I know I need to replace the seals and springs.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how hard is it to change seals in the forks and re-spring them?
I have a spare ohlins fork leg to practice on 1st. They are the radila type.
I've read somewhere that K4 gsxr seals fit better then the ohlins ones is this correct?

K4 seals are also cheaper, the forks are fairly easy, you have to be methodical though Gaz and make note of the order things are fitted in, be meticulously clean, use good 5wt oil, difficult to put a scale rating on it for someone else, for me about 5-6 , if you check out the ohlins manual online it should help

mucho thanks.

I might just swap the leg for a spare initially
