Not sure how many links needed, did mine back in October...

In hindsight, i set the chain so that the back wheel was pretty far forward therefore leaving plenty of room for adjustment. Everything is fine when the chain is properly tensioned, but when it stretches it "just" grazes the exhaust pipe. One more reason to keep it properly tensioned & it wont be a problem as it will stretch in time moving the wheel backwards (ie changing the angle of the chain).
Next time i get a chain, i will leave an extra link in to start with & can always remove one later if needed.

Havnt heard of anyone else with this "problem", so it could just be my spannering skills - or lack of !

:)

As g say's 106 mucker and it's a 520.

Because I've bought a 525 but the gadge just needs my length!
And no! Not in a ****** gay way !

As said you will still be able to use a standard length 106, if you haven't already bought one give me a shout and I will do you a good deal.
