Find a shop that works with metal and ask them to make you a baffle for them. I had the same issue with a custom yoshimura exhaust it was so loud I could shake the ground at will. Went to a guy that had some Chinese and Russian metal shaping tools from WWI and got a really nice baffle made from solid metal. It has a 60mm outer diameter and a 30 mm inside pipe diameter and 10cm in length going inside the exhaust. It really works, makes it sound almost like stock. I payed 20euros for that piece you could get at least double what u'r asking if you give people the option to pass local law requirements with this exhaust. Just an idea. Good luck with the sale.
