can anyone tell if any other bike rear caliper fits the 99 mille?

My last zx9, it has many other bikes that I could use the rear caliper from like the zx10.
just looking ebay and not much about

I think Ducati use the same rear cailper on certain models. A new rear uprated Brembo caliper from RSVR.net is £57.50 plus VAT. What's wrong with the existing one ?
