So what you guys think, the price on it is 30.000SEK (2900€, 4250USD)?

One more thing, this would be my first bike (exept 50cc) and Im going to
throttle it to 25kW and remove it after so its registered as A2. Which mean I can drive it almost legal.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
Humper

That looks great humper :devious thats a lot of bike for your first one and I would leave it restricted...for a while until you get a good feel for it :thumbup

Price :dunno seems a bit expensive @ 2900 euro's but I do believe things are much more expensive where you are anyway :dunno

What ever you decide, the RSV is a great machine and you will be very happy with it :pirate

Oh...welcome to the zone :)

Okey thanks, yeah the prices here in scandinavia the prices are pritty high.

Theres one problem, I saw that he wrote on another forums that he had problems (in sep) that the bike like made a exploding sound and didn't start for a while and he noticed that it had oil/gasoline by the exhaust.

He noticed that a sparkplug was loose and he just screw it back on and it seemed to work. Should I be worried that that happened awhile back?

Thanks for the warm welcome and yeah I probebly have it restricted for a while.

Regards,
Humper

That doesn't sound good 'exploding sounds' walk away from it fella :eatcorn

Yeah but its so hard to find that good and cheap bikes.

Here is what he wrote (translated with google):
With freshly polished bike, new decals and a couple of brand new slip-on from mivva rolls I with a big smile out of the afternoon sun.

Will about 2 mil. A couple of high "taps" from the engine and before I have time to drive into the edge of ending all of it sounds as if the engine is literally exploding.
Oil flows out of the joints in the exhaust and the bike is stone dead!

Best of all is that I now work in Scania and not have time to bike mecca, and the idea was that I would take the bike down from sthlm on Sunday.

Will begin to tear down the engine tomorrow to find fault.

Only had to write to me a bit fast ...

Afew message between from other people and he writes these two:
Since I have been in the garage and disassemble the bike and discovered to my great surprise that a spark plug is loose and littering at the engine ...

The spark plug is not damaged and is perfectly acceptable to screw in again. Could it be that simple, that the spark plug for a long time sweet vibe loose and unscrewed itself can otherwise become damaged when the spark plug is released?

It explains juh "knocking" just before the blast and it sounded so much. However, it does not explain the oil in the exhaust system.
If the spark plug "blown" out because of any fault in the engine would not juh threads to be intact.
Now I'll just charge the battery and hope it goes back up and running as usual.

Hope you had a lucky it was just such a simple thing.

Now the spark plug is in and the bike started.

Sounds like usual and go as usual. (running about 40km)
Anything I should check or do you think it is just to honk and drive(swedish saying)? Is in two minds whether I should run my 60 mil on Sunday ...

What you think?

Also is it possible to add a passenger seat?
