Just thought I'd post a lil message up as my day has come to an end, and I'm now sat chillin :)
1st mission of the day was to remove the all fairing and clean every inch of the bike ...which soon led to me removing the sprocket cover to be shocked at the nasty build up of grime which had also built up around the side stand and into the swingarm, plenty of wd-40 later and loads of the wife's t-shirts and all is like new :).... But did I stop ther ? NO ! The crapy silver plastic cover looked abit naff so I decided to sand it down and give it a few coats of Matt black along with the Newley refurbd side stand.
Usually that would be it for the day but as I was in the mood to tinker I volunteered to help the farther inlaw gut his garage :-/ CRAzy is what u all might be thinking hmmmm nope, not when the man is a seriouse aprilia wiz and knows just about everythin ther is to know ! So now it was time to setup the suspension as the bike is new and the previous owner was vertically challenged, sag ...preload...etc etc DONE, bike feels great !!! Nice 1 fat mac

Roll on the good weather :)

So Merrick has another biker in the family eh?

Please send him my regards mate, I would love to take a run down on the bike one weekend and catch up with him and have a blast out.
