Brake Pads

I did look in your garage, you say the ones you bought were SBK3, are they a different shape to the SBK5 :confused maybe you should just get oem brembos you know will fit and they'll be plenty good enough :dunno

The SBK3s I got look exactly like the SBK5s in the pic. The ones I pulled out of my bike look like the ones in the other pic. It shouldn't be this freaking complicated, right?

Have you tried fitting them or are you just comparing pads by sight? :dunno

i run carbon lorraine sbk5+ in mine
great pads, good bite and feel from cold to hot

the pads in your bottom pic are for the 4pads per caliper ones the other pic dunno about them but don't look like mille ones

i have the same shape pads as the bottom photo in your garage...small rising crown in middle...not the top ones with a hole??? never seen those before

Thank god! I was starting to feel like I was losing my mind or something! So why do the other ones seem to be what everyone else has even if their bike is the same model as mine? :rant

So you're saying that you have the bottom pic style, same as I do? And you got SBK5s in that shape? Do you have the package lying around possibly with a part number on it? :jack

Yup, I thought that they might have a revised version/shape or something but not a freaking chance. They were wider, thicker and the retaining clip set-up is not even vaguely similar. :dunno

Yes & yes mate

Sorry no packageiing around as i fitted them at start of spring
