Brake light on constantly

Really? Don't find I need to with the engine braking. Give it a quick dab now and again approaching sharper corners but apart from coming to a complete halt I try and keep it smooth.

OK Back on thread then. I've had no issues with anything on my bike so looks like maybe other owner must have sorted the gremlins if there were any. Although do you think some bikes have stuff go wrong with them and others just don't?

The way people talk on here about Italian build quality etc just makes me think its inevitable something is going to go wrong with my bike.

I've a friend with 2 ducatis and hes had no issues at all

Yes maybe, I know mine was well fettled by OCD owner before I had it. Upgraded starter relay, brown connector sorted, better battery etc. etc.

I am wary of leaving it too long though before using it, mainly as my battery doesn't seem to reach the voltage it should.

For MOT I had to sort both brakes as well not turning brake light on. Front was just the microswitch, rear the garage had to fabricate something for rear brake to work. Oh, and if I rarely use front brake I never use the rear as its non-existent.

Looks like there isn't. Was sure that Weeksy's original ad to sell my bike mentioned it being fixed, but I just had a look at it again and no it didn't!

Yep, they have brown the connector faults. Tuoldo's and Falco's are probably the worst for it.
