It started snowing at my house six days ago. It's supposed to snow at least 6 more, some are predicting five feet of the white stuff (not unusual for here). I have a new to me 2008 RSV Bol D 'Or sitting in the garage. It has 4,500 miles on it and it looks like it will not acquire many more in the near future. I could go skiing but the snow sucks this time of year, and my snowmobile is in the shop will a terminal engine issue.

What to do? As they say 'the idle mind'...

I found some stock sheet carbon fiber I had from another project and came up with this...

Overall it's 15mm wider, 20mm longer and shaped exactly like the stocker...

Yeah, it's a spread. Lottsa open land around these here parts.

At this point I'd trade you in a second if you were in Cancun, Hawaii, or Bangkok! Guess I'll be singing a different tune come July.
 
i'm riding for at least 10 months per year in romania, wanna trade? :))))
 
some of them are willingly tolerant. most of them are not but the law (and the ****** cars that they've got) force them to be. for example if the radar gets you on-tape but your registration number dosen't show it won't stick in the court and you get off. 95% of them won't chase (or call in help) a motorcycle except you do ~3x the legal speed and the 5% they do chase after you either are very bored or extremely stupid, both cases stand. either way, you'll loose them in about one mile :))))
